Terms and Conditions:

Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of Ksh 2000 is required to secure all appointments.

Payment Methods: We accept MPESA, and cash. Full payment is due on arrival.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 7 days.

Cancellation Window: Clients must cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment.

Late Cancellations: Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations within 12 hours.

No-Shows: Clients who miss appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Late Arrivals: Grace period of 15 minutes. After this, the appointment may be shortened or cancelled with full charges applied.

Allergies & Skin Conditions: Clients must disclose allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions during booking; We are not liable for reactions to products if undisclosed.

Service Satisfaction and Adjustments: Minor fixes within 30 minutes of service completion are free.

Refunds: No refunds for completed services. Dissatisfaction must be reported immediately.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse service for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or undisclosed contagious conditions.

Use photos of our work for portfolio/social media (clients may opt out in writing).

Liability: We are not liable for makeup alterations/removal by the client after service.
